Licensed Psychotherapist

Hello, courage-filled women out there! My name is Randi (she/her). I've navigated life's labyrinth with companions like ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and they've shaped my triumphs and lessons. I wear my USC-earned Masters in Clinical Social Work as a badge of honor and resilience. #FightOn

As a licensed psychotherapist and consultant, my expertise lies in navigating grief, mood disorders (including bipolar), PTSD, trauma, and postpartum depression in adults. I'm fueled by a passion for realigning those who've been mislabeled, missed, or misunderstood—because, let's face it, not all therapists are armed with empathy and insight.

With an approach that puts a human face to mental health struggles, I aim to dismantle stigmas surrounding psychotherapy. I offer candid, sometimes raw insights about my own experiences, mirroring the honesty I hope to promote in our discussions. We collectively need to embrace the belief that we hold the power to rewrite our stories and pave a path to a more promising future.

Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

Hello, resilient women. I'm Jess (she/her/hers).

My journey includes earning a Master's degree in psychology, becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and establishing a thriving private practice. I'm devoted to the emotional well-being of postpartum mothers and fellow women journeying through the landscapes of anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

In a world where authenticity is often rationed, I've chosen to be a no-nonsense, fiercely candid woman who finds solace in salty swears, much like a sailor finding peace amidst the ocean's cacophony. I'm an open book about my ADHD because I believe in the healing power of honesty and shared experiences.

As a creator and host of this podcast, my mission is to normalize and prioritize women's mental health. If we're going to shatter the stifling walls of stigma around women's mental health, it's time to raise our voices, unite in dialogue, and expose our innermost battles.
